The Production Sections
Stage 1: Raw Material Automatic dosing section
The manufacturing process begins with accurate raw materials dosing. Advanced dosing systems carefully measure solid and liquid components according to specific formulations. PLC controlled weighing systems ensure perfect ingredient proportions for each production batch.
Stage 2: Slurry Preparation
Liquid and solid raw materials are weighed into a slurry preparator. Our advanced homogenization technology ensures perfect ingredient dispersion and optimal slurry properties.
Stage 3: Spray Drying Technology
The prepared slurry enters our spray drying system at carefully controlled high pressure. Hot air stream creates perfect drying conditions, resulting in powder particles with uniform and ideal characteristics:
- Consistent size distribution (0.2-2.5mm)
- Bulk density (300-400 g/l)
- Excellent dissolution features
- Perfect color uniformity
Stage 4: Post-Addition Processing
Post addition section is aimed to the production of finished powder detergent by mixing the detergent base powder with solid and liquid additives.
Mixing is made in a dedicated key equipment, where solid powders are blended and added with sprayed liquid components to obtain the finished detergent.
