Our plants produce high-quality sodium silicate solution at 48°Bé density with SiO2/Na2O ratios ranging from 1.6 to 2.0, meeting several industrial applications.
Our technology uses silica sand (minimum 98% SiO2) as raw material to produce premium quality sodium silicate through an advanced batch-wise process. Standard plant capacity reaches 100-150 tons per day, with each batch cycle operating under carefully controlled conditions operating pressure and temperature over an 8-hours cycle.
